A minimalist modern aesthetic sets this model apart from others CR has tested, as does its app-based operation There is no display—your smartphone app fulfills that function. When you approach the bike with your phone, the bike turns on. There's a bit of a learning curve, but you can manipulate the bike's settings through the app, which doesn't have a lot of features. Not ideal for someone looking to ditch their phone and get away from it all. When riding without assistance from the electric motor, the bike’s single-speed gearing limits it to mostly flatland riding. Even with the electric motor, assistance was mild, and not enough for climbing hills.
